THE NASH COMPANY

Industrial Pipe Structure

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY

Get the most value from a different kind of deal.

We help corporates acquire the technology and services companies that don't run on their standard M&A playbook.

Strategic M&A Advisory

We help large companies buy small ones — the startups and founder-led businesses that matter strategically but don't fit their standard M&A process. We find the right targets, run the deal in a way that doesn't scare the seller off, and help you bring the company in without breaking what made it worth buying.

Our Specialty

What We Focus On

We focus on technology companies and lower-middle-market services businesses — the acquisitions corporates make to move faster than they can build. They bring in new products, add a capability the business doesn't have yet, strengthen an existing line, or move into a new market.

Our TEAM

Who We Are

The Nash Company is led by Nathan Fink. He has spent over a decade inside large corporates, including Shell and AES, working on how established companies use new technology and services to grow their core business. That work has spanned sourcing, structuring, and closing acquisitions of technology and services companies, as well as advising leadership teams on growth. He has also worked and invested directly with founders, so he knows both sides of the table. He understands what it takes to get a deal done that creates value for both parties.
